High Vibration GREEN Smoothie

Creating some yummy high vibration and nutritious green smoothie recipes with the kids

Add: *sprouted almond cacao mylk *baby kale *WHEATgrass *parsley *mango *apple *chia seeds *camu powder *moringa (whole plant) *shatavari
You can soak and sprout your almonds (nuts) by soaking for minimum of 4 hours and rinsing.  Blend in a high speed blender and use a mylk bag for a smooth creamy texture, or, use any high quality non dairy mylk that you love.

Kale chips are a household favorite and a great replacement for regular chips or just to eat as a snack anytime.  Once you start you can’t stop, they are so good!  I make then in a hydrator and create a raw food treat that is power packed with nutrients.  This hardy vegetable survived winter in my garden and is already growing as we embrace spring.  This says a lot, imagine how beneficial this super veggie is when we eat it!
