In this 21 day ayurveda ‘Thrive’ guide you will learn simple practices to feel better and continue the work you’ve done in the 21 day Spring and Fall Challenge. Keep evolving and working on your habits, behaviours, diet and goals. This guide will be a great introduction to Ayurveda and at the same time allow you to go deeper into practices and your process (unique to you).
